ANNUAL MESSAGE FROM THE CEO
The aviation community is our community. We are part of it and we serve it with great pride, care and diligence. Our core mission has always been, and will remain, to “Protect the Health and Welfare of Aviation Professionals and Their Families”.
The consistent growth in our global membership demonstrates that our approach to this mission is effective in meeting the needs of our members and their families.
On completion of our annual review, I wish to thank our members, our strategic partners and our Team, all of whom contributed to another year marked by consistent growth in our Member Services for the fourth consecutive year.
Baymac’s core focus remains unchanged. We will continue to focus on making tailored, world class, reliable and high value financial, insurance, legal and management services available to global aviation professionals and their families through our strategic partners.
SHOW MORE Direct and personal attention to client questions and issues will remain a hallmark feature of Baymac’s client support approach. Baymac membership will remain a critical component to these services as it allows members to change occupation and/or employers and continue to receive many of the benefits without interruption. The Baymac professional member’s group, composed of Baymac members, is essential in providing access to transportable world class health and loss of income protection at prices that are not available to small groups or individuals. The demand for global health care protection has grown consistently and is expected to continue for the next 12 month business cycle. For the first time in four years, we experienced a modest policy cost increase in health insurance premiums provided by Clements Worldwide. Responses from members and policy renewal rates remain very positive. The policy coverage, cost and reliability remain extremely competitive and attractive. Our members continue to show great interest in the value of these services and to obtain from Clements Worldwide new options which they have made available. Cabin Crews, Management & Staff and other aviation professionals have received increased attention and support from Baymac in 2016. Based on their requests for service, Baymac has obtained health care and loss of income insurances tailored specifically for these professionals in the aviation community. We continue to see increased interest from these groups which has been encouraging. Strategic relationships have been instrumental in developing our ability to meet the needs of the aviation industry. As our membership groups have grown, those relationships have become stronger and are enabling us to obtain for our members a wider range of services at extremely competitive prices. This trend is expected to continue as growth continues. We look forward to another year of supporting you our members and to adding new products and services designed to meet your needs and those of the aviation professionals and their families. PILOT’S LOSS OF INCOME COVERAGE – REDUCED 20%
Baymac is pleased to announce that we recently negotiated a 20% reduction in Loss of Income Protection Policies for international pilots. That reduction will be automatically applied to all new and renewed international pilot policies. Cabin Crews, aviation managers, aviation engineers and other aviation professionals have received increased attention and support from Baymac in 2016. Baymac members that use their GlobalCare Health Plan as “top-up” coverage can now offset their annual deductible cost. Payments made under their company provided health care cover or other insurance ie. their primary health care plan, will be subtracted from the GlobalCare Health Plan deductible.
For example, let’s consider members that have a $500 GlobalCare Plan deductible. If they have already paid $500, in medical expenses under their primary health care plan, their GlobalCare deductible will be reduced by $500 to zero.

We are thankful to Stewarts Law for their continued support and the services provided by them to our members. While there were very few cases last year, we have seen several aircraft accidents and incidents that required professional legal support. Stewarts continues to provide an initial free consultation to our members in a number of areas including aircraft incidents and family matters.

PILOT’S GLOBAL CARE HEALTH COVERAGE
The demand for pilots’ GLOBAL CARE health protection has also grown consistently and is expected to continue over the next few years. The growth in this coverage is primarily due to a decline in the coverage provided by employers in an effort to reduce employer costs. INTERNATIONAL PENSION SERVICES
In response to growing interest in individual and corporate pensions, we are completing arrangements to provide our members with access to international pension programs with our strategic partner, Equilibrium Pensions, on the tax neutral Isle of Man. We will send our members more detailed information later in June 2016. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the available pension programs.

For the fourth straight year, Baymac members have no outstanding disputed claims regarding GlobalCare Health Plan or Loss of Income policies. Baymac’s strategic alliance with Clements, as a Lloyd’s of London cover holder, ensures that all claims are well managed and paid. Instructions for filing claims are included in each policy.
