Grade your Airline

It can be tricky to grade an airline. Many times your experience will vary depending on the locations, length of flight, and of course, the airline you choose to fly with. For most airlines, the flight itself determines the type of service you can expect. This means that if you fly, Southwest for example who are well known for their customer service, three different times to three completely different locations your experience could be significantly different. These variables make it difficult to grade an airline. However, if you were flying one of the more luxurious airlines available in the world then the location wouldn’t make any difference at all.

Another variable that determines the grade of an airline, and this one being even more uncontrollable, is the crew. From the friendliness of the pilot to the efficiency of the cabin crew, their temperament and attitude effects your flight and your experience. In fact, recently there has been a video of a Southwest stewardess circulating on Facebook of her hilarious instructions. We’ve posted the video below for your entertainment!

Other companies, such as private training agencies, are taking their customer services to new levels. SkyAngels is a great example of the luxurious service and over-the-top tasks attendants are taking to make sure your experience is fantastic, giving these airlines a much higher grade. Of course private flying is pretty high grade to being with. So with this many variables, how would you grade your favorite airline?
